This series is 5 consecutive afternoons (Monday through Friday) and runs August 17-21 from 1 – 4 pm. in Studio ONE.

Diane’s class was lovely. She has a relaxed, open and supportive teaching style. It is quite structured but she makes it seem spontaneous. I like the way that she paces her demos.. a quick 5 minute tutorial on technique, then students are invited to try that portion of the session out. She walks around to see how everyone is coming along, then progressively moves the class on in stages until that exercise is complete. I am doubtful that this is a true beginner’s class.. all the students were so accomplished! Perhaps this is a reflection of how easy Diane seems to make it happen for her students. At any rate.. I’ll certainly take another class from her!
