In this workshop, discover how colour, especially in early fall, works in developing a vibrant composition. Bonnie will paint a fall-themed composition with a heritage house and amazing windows as the prime focal point. Reflections and light – especially in fall – are vibrant, and will be emphasized and explored. Transparent watercolour and the incorporation of mixed medium will help to enhance our theme. Explore light and design and reflections in glass. Our subject will exemplify full colour, and cover how to incorporate fall colour and details. Gouache and pen and ink as mixed medium options will be incorporated into the watercolour pigments. Bonnie will show you many new techniques that will provide a purposeful and unique painting experience. If colour excites you, and you are looking to master some new techniques, as well as exploring the tried and given techniques, then this workshop is for you. Atmospheric perspective through colour will also be explored where Autumn painting becomes a passion. Bonnie’s hands on approach will be sure to please!
