Celebrating Student Talent

Our show runs Saturday, March 22 and Sunday, March 23 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm at 560 Bronte Road, Oakville. In addition to student art, we will have instructor demos running throughout the event. Here are the guidelines for submitted artwork: 

• Any students who have taken a class or workshop since January 2024 are eligible for entry. Adults and youth are eligible.  
• Any medium taught at OAS is eligible for entry.
• Artwork may have been created in or outside of class. Work must not have been entered in a previous OAS show.  
• Maximum one submission per artist. (Could possibly be increased to two at a later date).
• Prices to be set by artists, or marked Not For Sale.
• OAS charges 20% commission on sales. 
• Maximum size of artwork is 24″ x 24” (576 square inches maximum). Smaller sizes are encouraged.  
• Artwork must be appropriately wired, framed or on gallery canvas with finished edges. An exception will be made for prints, such as graphite/ink which must be matted and wrapped in cellophane.
• A label must be affixed to the back of your artwork.  The template will be available here soon. 

Drop-off and pick-up happens at these times only: 

• Art drop-off: Monday, March 17 from 2:00 – 3:00 pm  and Wednesday, March 19 from 7:00 – 8:00 pm. 
• Art pick-up:  Sunday, March 23 from 4:00 – 5:00 pm and Monday, March 24 from 2:00 – 3:00 pm. 
• If you can’t attend during these times, please arrange for someone to do so on your behalf. OAS is not responsible for any artwork left at the OAS building and we cannot transport your art.

To submit your artwork to the show, please complete a  Google submission form for your artwork. This form and entry to the show will be closed after 10:00 am on March 12, 2025. The form may close early depending on the number of submissions received.
