In this introductory workshop, students will learn the foundations of oil painting using the alla prima (wet-on-wet) technique. Through the step-by-step creation of a cupcake with a candle, participants will practice color mixing, shape blocking, blending, light and shadow, and basic composition. This class is designed for those with little or no experience and aims to build confidence while completing a full painting in one session.
