Learn portrait drawing with the goal of getting a likeness. With only pencil and paper, you will learn both the observation and drawing skills necessary to achieve a likeness that portrays the “son-in-law” traits apparent in your drawing of the grandson. Unlike realism, you will learn to capture your subject quite quickly, and go through a lot of paper in doing so!
