Level 2
Instructor: Tritan Braho
Thursdays, 7pm to 10pm

Start date April 18 (8 weeks)

Painting landscapes well is a challenging subject; it may be what you leave out, not what you put in that makes your painting successful. In this class Tritan will focus on the techniques needed in painting the mood and elements of the Canadian landscape: skies, rocks, water, and trees. He will assist you in the application of more complex techniques as you develop a better understanding of composition, design and values, aspects of light, effects of colour and aerial and linear perspective as it pertains to landscape painting. Understand how to accurately transfer the composition to the canvas with a few simple steps as you paint from your chosen reference photos. Demos and lots of individual attention. Materials List
