Gary’s passion for art and creativity has developed from a very young age. His interest in spirituality began in his teenage years when he also started exploring meditation and energy work, disciplines he continues to study and practice. In pursuit of formalizing his artistic skills, Gary enrolled at Sheridan College in 2017 and successfully completed the two-year Visual and Creative Arts program. Gary came to realize that his dual interests in art and personal well-being could be merged when he discovered the fields of art therapy and life coaching. In 2023, he achieved his Therapeutic Arts Life Coach Certification, marking a significant milestone in his career.

Gary has been actively involved in facilitating sessions that blend the therapeutic aspects of art with mindfulness practices. He is passionate about expanding his reach and sharing his message of peace and love through art with a broader audience.
