S2-141CAA: Creative Expression
Instructor: Julie Wurtele

This class provides tweens/teen artists, ages 11 to 13, with a creative outlet. In this class Julie provides an opportunity to develop more foundational skills through an exploration of different drawing and painting techniques such as line, composition, and colour. Students will find their individual expression through art from observation and imagination and develop the skills to learn new art techniques. Students and parents will be astounded at how much they can accomplish and improve when they look at the work they did before coming to this art class, and the works they produce after.

Attending Children’s Classes:

Children who may be slightly older than the 7 to 13 age range may attend children’s class provided they understand that they are in a class with much younger children. We discourage parents from enrolling children younger than 7, as we have found it seldom meets the needs of the child, instructor or other students.
